This is the third site I've been to since yesterday to make that particular observation about Sulu's topless fencing habits.
You know Grand Funk, don't you? The wild, shirtless lyrics of Mark Farner? The bong-rattling bass of Mel Schacher? The ... adequate drumwork of Don Brewer? |

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out that weird connection. When I really think about it I come up with the same conclusions as well. Could it be the way he swooned when he was knocked out? |

Maybe he (Meaning George Takei.) was overcompensating and trying to make himself seem not so gay when he was repressing it. |

Remember that classic "Mirror, Mirror" episode when a transporter malfunction threw Kirk and Co. into the bizarro Federation universe. Wasn't bizarro Sulu a caddish womanizer coming on to Uhura all the time? Now it all makes sense. |
