I saw this one long ago in the list of upcoming film Ken does every year. Just seen it, and surprise, surprise, it is avery good film. Director Jaume Balagueró has carefully avoided the mistakes that made his previous effort "Darkness" a bore, and his new film is well-paced and genuinely terrifying, if not specially original, considering the currrent horror trend.
Can't comment much of Flockhart's acting, since I saw the dubbed version, but I never ever though of Ally McBeal while watching the movie, so you can count that as an achievement, since her character here is almost opposite. |
