Apparently long before Mike Nelson did his rifftrax for Fellowship of the Ring, he, Murphy, Corbett, Patrick Brantseg, and Mary Jo Pehl collaborated on an animated parody of "Lord of the Rings" which aired on Sci-Fi?

Anybody know something about this?

They made these around the release of the first LotR movie. It lasted 12 or 13 episodes, ended on a cliffhanger, and was canceled. It probably won't be put on on DVD.

And I don't think it ever aired on tv. I think it was just released on their website.

Thanks. I just watched the first four episodes. Mildly amusing, but not even remotely up to MST3K's standard.
