The time has come to move the site, yet again... sometime between now & August 5th, Jabootu.com will be changing hosting providers. Pain in the ass? Yes. But in the long run, y'all will get a lot more movies out of Ken's tip jar when he's not paying $19+/month for hosting. (Or, Ken will split to Brazil a lot sooner, and my wife and I won't have to deal with his annoying presence much longer. Either way, it's a big win, right?)
So... Jabootu.net won't change, but Jabootu.com will be moving, and the domain could be down for anywhere from 3 - 48 hours while that's happening. However, although the domain may be down, the forum will still be functional. Impossible you say? Read on...
I will announce here before the changeover occurs. For all you long-time loyalists who can't deal with the downtime, you can reach this same forum through the temporary domain name of http://Jabootu.xtnty.dnsalias.com/. All prior, current and future posts will continue to be in the same database, so continuity of the forum WILL be preserved. No titles or posting counts will be lost in the transition.
Are we cool?
