Warden, if your out there, I dedicate this thread to you.
I came across this trailer and it looks like their going to try and tap the post-apocalypse car chase demographic again.
As usual, unless you're part of the underground leather community, life sucks and you better brush up on your stunt driving techniques and hand-to-hand combat skills.

I'm suprised this movie isn't getting more advance buzz- it looks really freakin' cool to me.

Well, I like what I see. Does seem to take inspiration from I AM LEGEND, ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK and MAD MAX/ROAD WARRIOR.

| It looks to me like a high budget version of one those cheesy low rent Italian post-apocalypse Mad Max ripoffs that proliferated during the 1980s. I'm getting a guilt pleasure vibe from the preview. |

I know what you mean. I've got a soft spot for those goofy old post-apoc flicks. Combine that with knowing who's making it, and how much I enjoyed his last film, and this thing's emitting a sirenesque song that's pulling me in. I get it a feeling that, even if it's not good, I'm going to enjoy it.

Well, I have a higher standard if I'm selling organs to be able to afford the privilege of watching it.
Still, like I said, I have a feeling I'd like it no matter what.
