Rather than speak ill, I'd rather reflect on the Corey Haim the child actor. In early films like Firstborn (1984) and Lucas (1986) he showed real potential. (Ironically, Firstborn co-starred a young Robert Downey Jr. There but for grace, I guess.)

And License to Drive is definately on my list of films that I love to hate.

To slightly paraphrase our fearless leader, Haim and Feldman were the Affleck and Damon that DIDN'T make it.

I would say that Matt Damon has actual acting talent.

And the opening to License to Drive with the instructor putting the cup of coffee on the dashboard was classic.
