Ferguson is growing on me; especially so since he represents such a departure from the too-hip style of cynicism that's dominated comedy for the past decade plus.
Anyway, I enjoyed this quip from last night's Late Late Show:
"I love Elvis - even his movies. Sure, I know a lot of `em sucked, but still, Elvis was the kind of person who could still make `em better just by bein' in `em... you know, kind of the opposite of Madonna."
"...You know perfectly well what is the matter with you. You have known it for years, though you have fought against the knowledge. You are mentally deranged." |
