I play stud of course, and won't look at the line-up, but it's up over at B-Fest.com.
Tickets go on sale (and quite possibly off-sale) this Friday.
PEGGY: I don't see how having a girl on the team would ruin it. Did a woman judge ruin the Supreme Court?

Fewer than that, probably, but it's nice to respect the choice of those who do.
(I doubt Ken will check back in on this thread, since it's likely that people will begin to discuss the lineup within it.)

Without giving anything away, let's just say that this year features a couple of movies that are very good. (There are also the usual stinkers, of course.)
I note there is one movie which Our Host has discussed in great detail, and which I doubt he will wish to see again.
Of the movies listed (not counting the ones which show up every year) I have seen four of them. One is a great classic, one is a minor classic of its kind, one is goofy fun, and one is fun to laugh at.
(Now who can guess what I'm talking about?)
Reality is a crutch for people who can't face up to science fiction. |
