What in the hell???? Man, this is just bizarre. What's with the chick with the bull head, and the houses? Still it could be interesting which is one thing it has over crapcoms like Yes Dear, and the King of Queens.

That program is called "Grand Prix" and features representants from two different Spanish villages competing in several "events" like the ones captured in the video. It is one of the worse shows in national TV. Yes, that means the state pays for THAT. But don't complain, it also funded "Dagon" and all the Fantastic Factory movies, so they are Jabootu worshipers somehow.

The vide4o shows an American couple doing some TV zapping in Paris (I think) and coming across this particular show. At some point the videocam they're using shakes with laughter.
