Interesting. I was just looking up some stuff at the IMDB, and it seems they're now putting TV episode credits in the main filmography for actors, rather than having the "Notable TV Appearances" section separately.

So, for example, if you look up Paul McCrane you'll see his entry for the "X-Files" episode "Leonard Betts" in his filmography. Clicking on this brings up a page just for that episode, rather than having to go "Guest Appearances."

This will probably help Nathan Shumate with his "Actors who have appeared on Star Trek" tallies.

Just passing on the info....

I think I like this change. It makes it easier to see who appeared when in what episode. It gives a nice overview of a busy career. Take a look at the one for Elisha Cook, Jr., for a nice example for a guy who did a lot of TV and a lot of movies over the years.

I notice you can also click on a specific episode title (like the Star Trek episode "Court Martial" for Cook) to get more details about it. Very nice!

Reality is a crutch for people who can't face up to science fiction.

Was just checking out some info there, and found that they don't seem to mention the production company/studio that made a film anymore (I guess if you pay for the IMDB-Pro service, they let you have that info). It was pretty easy to find out if an old flick was you barely remember was a "Made for TV Movie", or whatever, by checking such stats, but now I guess you'll have to pay if you want to know, at least at IMDB.

It screwed me up the first time, since I usually just zoom to the bottom unless I suspect an actor of a Trek movie role going in. The Head fears change.

And Bobby-G, I'm seeing the prodco info just fine. No Pro membership.
