Jabootu alert.
I know nothing of Larry the Cable Guy, except that everyone I've talked to seems to think that he's painfully unfunny. I haven't even seen the trailer. But I know this: "Cable Guy: Health Inspector" is not a real job.

I would imagine that the worst part of the movie is any "character development" scenes, which are out of place in a comedy, usually. They tend to feel tacked on and are way too serious to be funny.

I've seen the full trailer for this one at a theater and am convinced that this film is a white Southern male minstrel show, a hate crime against Southern men and culture if there's ever been one.

Rhetorical question:
What is the difference between LARRY THE CABLE GUY: HEALTH INSPECTOR and BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE?
Chances are BIG MOMMA'S HOUSE might actually be vaguely funny thanks to the remnants of Martin Lawrence's talent....
MikeC, LTCG is proof that the south probably SHOULDN'T rise again.... zing!
