There are two (actually, one and a series of them):
One was from circa 1975, and had some sort of murder mystery at a Hollywood Party with lots of 'celebrities' of the era. It may have been called JOYS, but all I know is it left an impression on my 9-10 year old mind.
The other is a series of Sid & Marty Kroft-produced shows from '77 or '78 which had the DC heroes (West & Ward as Batman & Robin prominently, but also more obscure heroes like The Atom too) in... things.... They weren't adventures, more like a variety show using superheroes, but not because they had super powers, just because they were superheroes.
Cocaine is a HELL of a drug....

As for the other one, it sounds like "Legends of the Superheroes". I've never seen it, but it was, by all accounts, bad.
