I saw a show about them on either NG, TLC, or Discovery. They showed them attacking a bee hive. It was an absolute slaughter with them ripping the heads off of the honey bees as they tried to defend the hive.
The ROPe gives you three options, convert, submit, or die. There is a fourth, resist. |

I saw a special on those hornets...apparently the chemicals in their stingers are corrosive, and they can "shoot" those chemicals as well, in order to blind their prey.
...too bad you can't domesticate them. I bet they'd be fun pets.
