Mine has to be Kenny Rogers, played by Wil Sasso--if you ever saw the "Kenny Rogers Psychic friends network" skit...you would literally be ROTFLYAO!

What's that character that was funny the first time they did it, but then they just beat it to death by doing the same character with the same jokes over and over week after week until you were forced to ask yourself "Why was this show better than SNL?" That character.
