I can offer a solution to the enigmatic title of Invisible Ghost.
The ghost is of the man that died in the car crash, Mrs Kessler's lover. His ghost accompanies Mrs Kessler but only Mr Kessler can see him (it's Invisible).
When Kessler sees the ghost he goes on a murderous rampage.
This is a possible solution, although I really don't think the film-makers had it in mind when they made it. |

I hate it when, in order to make sense of a movie, one is forced to be more creative than its original creators.
And, I'm repeatedly amazed by how often the laypeople can outplot the professionals. |
