Sorry, but I just wanted to point out to Ken (and other Chicago fans) that the Cubs were dealt a loss, courtesy of Souderton Area High School (my alma mater) alum Jamie Moyer in his debut outing for his home team.

Really, I just wanted to brag about the fact that we graduated from the same high school. My 7th grade science teacher used to enjoy crushing kids' dreams by telling those who aspired to become pro athletes that, in all his years, the only student he ever had who made it into pro sports was Jamie Moyer.

It's a sad life, but it's MY life.

As a Cubs season ticket holder, let me just say that Mr. Moyer hasn't exactly joined a select group of people. The list of pitchers that have shut down the Cubs is not short.
