In a nutshell, it regards how "e-mail advertisers" have managed to narrow the definition of spam (the messages must be misleading and/or really disguise the company's identity) while successfully suing anti-spam actions under First Amendment rights.

Forms on the internet can tell if you accidently typed in the wrong e-mail address, credit card number, or phone number. All computers should have this ability so that spam can be automaticly refused transmission at the sender's computer. When they send the garbage with the RIGHT address in it, we can easily block the sender.
Untill then, I suggest that there should be a law to prevent any phony addresses being used. Anybody useing a phony e-mail address should have their computers and disks destroyed and the user given a fine double the origonal price of the computer.
