I'm reading on several websites that Keith Henson may be serving time in jail for criticising the Scientology cult on UseNet. According to these sites, it is a case of free speech against freedom of cult, or something between those lines.
Any input on the subject, including on the reliability of the information I've posted, is welcome.

Hey! If folks want to totally immerse themselves in a religion concocted by a prominent science-fiction writer, shouldn't they be free to do so without ridicule?

I guess it's just a matter of time that the judges rule infavour of Henson's right to free speech, but looks like the Scientology lawyers are not going to stop until they spend the last bullet, just for the sake of it. Plain disgusting.
