Looks like your typical GTA knock-off. Nothing new, the did transform "The Godfather" and "Scarface" into similar games recently. Didn't bother playing them, this kind of games are not my cup of tea, except for "Mafia".

BTW, there's already a very ludicrous "Dirty Harry" game for the Famicon. Should be playable on modern PCs with a good emulator, such as VirtuaNES.
