Well... I think Harrison looks surprisingly good. He does look older, but it seems to fit the character. They could pull this off.
I'm wondering how much time has passed in the movie universe- will this film be set in the 60's?? Or 70's? They can't pretend he hasn't aged, and to me having too modern a setting will make the film feel wrong- of course in a jungle somewhere maybe it doesn't matter.

The thing that scares me is those are AMERICAN soldiers holding Indy down.
I feel a "message" film coming on.

I read somewhere that it takes place in the 50s.

| Personally, I'm not as excited about this as most people. I bought the trilogy on DVD because Raiders was not available by itself. |

| I wasn't even that crazy about the first film. There, I said it. |

I'm the heretic around most parts- I think Temple Of Doom is easily the best of the three. The first one has a brilliant opening but the rest of the film, as much as I loved it when it came out, doesn't hold my interest these days. The third takes itself to seriously (although again, it has a brilliant gauntlet set piece, at the end that time). ToD is just whacked out and dark, it has the hottest woman of the series, lots of action, bugs, alligators and live beating hearts being removed from chests and apart from the stupid Scooby-Doo mine car chase it's just a blast. It's the closest to a real B movie, which is what the series should be.
If they had Quentin directing this reboot you'd have a movie.
