I liked Wolf and I don't particularly feel guilty about it.
I'll defend Silent Running. A lot of the details of the story do not stand up to analysis, and it is a poor work of science fiction. However, if you view it as a film about the mental breakdown of a basically decent human being put in a situation where he is forced to kill innocent people to preserve the thing he holds most important, then it works.
I've got a soft spot for the Tom Jane Punisher because I saw it immediately after Troy, and I think Punisher did a better job of evoking the madness of Achilles.
But I suppose I have to admit: I kind of like the Arch Hall Jr. car-thief film, The Choppers.
