Rather tasteless, but apart from that I don't see any problem with that.

I don't know, it seems a rather silly and melodramatic way to point out the dangers of unprotected sex. Aren't the plain facts scary enough? Does seeing Hitler or Stalin having sex make people think, "Gee if I don't use a condomn Ill be as evil as Hitler or Stalin so I guess better use one." I would think that the fact that if you don't use a condomn you might get AIDS and die would be incentive enough.
