...And I thought you were going to call me all sort of names for posting unrelated funny videos on a film board.
I'm aware I'm becoming "the funny videos guy" lately, so I'll try to restrict their numbers and write OT in the title in the future, is that fine with you?

I, for one, welcome our odd-internet-video-posting
Overlords for whom English is a second language.
The fact that you have to put a lot of extra thought
into what you write when you write it in English
does show. I'm sure that when writing in spanish
you make the same sorts of errors we native english
speakers make (forgetting punctuation, etc.).
Keep up the good work, amigo en cinema malo.

It's "cine", not "cinema", otherwise the sentence is perfect. And yes, obviously I have to put more care in what I write in English than when I use Spanish. It was worse at the beginning, because the English I've learnt has little to do with the English people actually use on boards like this one.
Guess I still sound a bit too academic sometimes, and now and then I notice I tend to write too long sentences, as they are more usual in my native tongue.
I'll keep the videos rolling if nobody has anything against it. |
