It's easy to pick on a movie made for %40 in the fifties...but to have modern equipment and millions of dollars and still outdo Uwe...that's a skill!
Personal request of the High Priest. Review Ultraviolet and Aeon Flux, but with a twist. Watch minutes 1-10 of one, minutes 11-20, of the other, 21-30 of the first one, etc and alternate 10 minutes and review that as if were one movie!
Questions 1. Would anyone notice? 2. Would it be better viewing than the original movies?
---------------------- I'm glad that I've finally seen a Uwe Boll film in the theater, and proud to own the director's cut. I'm also happy that it's the best film Boll has made to date (that I've seen). I hope that some day, it will be possible to watch a film he made and actually enjoy it in the way he thought it would be enjoyed. |

| I doubt anyone would notice, as so many movies (particularly the "action" kind) are just scenes shuffled from other, successful movies into...well, I don't want to say "a new form" or a "different title" so I'll just say "something under a new copyright date." As for whether it would be better, it probably couldn't be worse. |

Well, there's Sweet November, which if I say so myself, I think if a pretty good piece. Other than that, I'm not sure how many 21st century films have been reviewed here. Pip did From Justin to Kelly and Freddy Got Fingered, though.
The thing is, I just don't find these movies interesting. I saw Aeon Flux recently, and aside from maybe the sort of short, short piece I would put up on the blog, I just really don't think I could get a review out of it. I didn't find it idiosyncratically bad, but generically bad, and that's death. Meh.
PEGGY: I don't see how having a girl on the team would ruin it. Did a woman judge ruin the Supreme Court? HANK: Yes, and that woman's name was Earl Warren.
