I can't help but give you a hard time here Max Torque (in a good natured way, heaven knows I mangle sentences all of the time). I didn't kwow that women were anything other than female. I was also surprised to find that these women come in different genders. :-)
The ROPe gives you three options, convert, submit, or die. There is a fourth, resist. |

You've never been to Southern California, then.

| Sigh. My triple-redundancy humor again fails to find its target audience.... |

Now now, Max is right. I've often been called a girlie girl, which I believe is another way of saying "female woman" and which is, indeed, of the opposite gender of Max, with his very West Texas manly last name of Torque. The girliest of the girlie girls, if I understand him.
My girlie girlie girl credentials: West Virginia playing the Terps. WVU kicker getting ready to kick. Our team takes one of their breaks. So we start yelling stuff at the kicker who is warming up on the sideline with one of those fishing net ball catcher things right in front of us.
Ever had one of those moments where the Red Sea of noise seems to suddenly part right when you say something you wish everybody hadn't heard? So I'm trying to support the team and everything and I yell, "I hope you only get TWO POINTS, LOSER!"
Do our foreign guests know that kicks in football are three points? Always three points? Never two? Well, happened to forget that one little rule at the time. And everybody heard me. And I was a laughingstock for months it seems. The kicker actually looked at me and shook his head sadly.
We lost btw, iirc.
To John: I'm interested because there's something weird going on here. McCarthy and the director are headed for splitsville and knew it when this was being filmed. I'm curious about that. And she wrote this mess? Hmm.

Buy the book. You won't be (too) sorry. http://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/11/11457.phtml |

Obviously, Pip, you gravely underestimated your own wit. What you meant, clearly, is that the kick would be so bad, that even if technically successful, the referees would need to invent, on the fly, a new and lower score to express their contempt of the kick, the kicker, and his household pets.
What you thought was a dippy mistake was indeed sarcasm of the most subtle and overwhelming sort!
Wow -- a director directing his SO? Just like in "Chastity?" Will she name her kid "Dirty Love?"

Sure, they might name the kid Dirty Love. Like Ron Howard likes to name his kids after the places where they were conceived.
Pip, if you're goin' through Mississippi, lemme know. I'll buy the popcorn. |

I knew it!
Oh the years of listening to the tsk tsk of the women concerning The Three Stooges. The shaking heads of disapproval over Jackass and Tom Green. The pointing the bony fingers of indignation about SpikeTV!
You women can be just as twisted as gross out and as boorish as us guys! Now we have proof!
Can't wait to buy the DVD of this flick and I'll whip it out when the next lady comes around with her whole "oh we women don't do such disgusting things."
Oh yeah, tis going to be nice!

Pip's a good woman. Make's me proud to be a member of this site. You really don't see this level of intelligent diversity in many other places. The irony? Well, we all like BAD movies. How interesting is that?
